New Kymco bet. Group president Allen Ko has announced a new project in which the Taiwanese brand, C Series in its concept version, is working. Ko has advanced that Kymco is focused on developing a new megascooter aimed at all those users interested in the latest trends in lifestyle and leisure.

“The new C Series Concept aims to lead the new market segment Adventure Tourer, where users look for comfort and functionality on the routes full of adventure and fun,” says Ko.

The new vehicle will be the brand’s big bet at this year’s International Motorcycle Show in Milan (Eicma 2017), which will take place between November 7 and 12, where the brand is expected to offer its technical details and reveal its business plans.

Ko recalled that the AK 550, the most powerful and technologically advanced megascooter in its category, was born under the proposal to offer the user the best and most exciting experience in the field (The Thrills of Touring), and therefore, the point starting the new stage of the brand to respond to new forms of connected mobility. The smart scooter platform developed by Kymco, Noodoe, currently has 16,000 followers and they have developed and shared more than 70,000 creatives, with which they personalize their scooters. Finally, Ko advanced into a second project based on the development of a revolutionary solution in the field of electric mobility. The first executive of Kymco Group has announced that it will announce the so-called ‘NEXT Project’ (Project New Electric eXperience) at the Motorcycle Show in Tokyo in 2018 (Tokyo Motorcycle Show, March 23-25).
