Subaru Corporation presented on Tuesday at the Geneva International Motor Show the Viziv Tourer Concept, which advances the masterful lines of design of the brand’s passenger cars with family bodywork.

This prototype is the vision of the future that Subaru has for historical models such as the family Legacy, flagship of the ‘6 stars’ brand, or the recently updated Levorg (acronym for Legacy Evolution Touring), which shares chassis with the WRX STI .

The laboratory vehicle presented by the Japanese manufacturer aims to transmit maximum safety, versatility and fun to the steering wheel, so it combines the permanent all-wheel drive Symmetrical AWD, one of the jewels of Subaru, with the horizontally opposite boxer type engine.

The Viziv Tourer Concept reinforces the commitment to autonomous driving technologies with the Subaru All Around Safety and EyeSight systems, which incorporate additional improvements such as radar and navigation systems and high precision GPS, combining them with new devices designed to reduce fatigue of the driver in the long distance routes. The design of the body follows the Dynamic x Solid philosophy of Subaru and, according to the brand, the boot “significantly increases its livability”.
