Quality Policy
JG AUTOMOTIVE, S.A., as association dedicated to “Sales of automotive components and for others industrial sectors”, is aware and assume its compromise with quality, so that Top Management establishes the following principles:
- Ensure customers and partners satisfaction, including all interested parties in the results of the association, in all related with the performance of our activities and their impact on society.
- Compliance with the requirements of the legislation applicable to our activity, the commitments acquired with the customers and all those internal rules or guidelines of performance to which JG AUTOMOTIVE, S.A is subjected.
- Maintenance of a fluid communication, both internally between the different levels of the association, as well as with clients and partners.
- Assess and assure technical competence of the staff, making annual training plans appropriated to each position of the company and employee.
- Ensure staff positive motivation for its participation in continuous improvement of all involved process for the correct development of our activity.
- Ensure the correct state of the facilities and the appropriate equipment in such a way that it is in correspondence with activity, objectives and goals of the company, as well as with its employee’s needs.
- Active supervision from Quality General System and proactive implementation of all changes which help to improve the experience of both the customers and suppliers from JG AUTOMOTIVE S.A., as well as the staff that is part of this organization.
- Establish objectives and goals focus on performance evaluation in quality area.
These principles are assumed by Top Management, who provide the necessary sources and wherewithal for its fulfillment, exposing them and displaying them for public knowledge through the present Quality Politic.
