“As we told you, during the past weekend we were going to ride the Ria de Noia, second scoring event for the Galician Rally Championship and for the Top Ten Pirelli.

The weekend was very complicated due to the weather, because the forecasts were of a lot of rain, and it was. For us the weekend could not start worse, because on Friday the spectacle section we were facing a curve badly and we were stuck, losing more than 25 seconds during this mishap, and making us end the day in position 130 of 153 participants, last in our cup.

Saturday was the real rally and we knew that although it would be difficult, we had to fight for the highest possible points. It was added to us the uncertainty of running with a new tire that we did not know how he was going to respond, but he did it like a charm. From the second stage of the day we began to cut distances with our rivals, placing us for the last two stages to 3 seconds of the head of the cup and 11 of the general.

After trying to run a lot this last loop, we managed to win with the victory in the Top Ten Pirelli Cup, and a 9th place in the general. A success for us, which makes us leaders of the cup and face the Rias Baixas Rally, next May 17 and 18, with more desire to do well.
