Bóreas, the Spanish hybrid supercar of 1.000 HPAutomotive News
The first creation of DSD Design & Motorsport will start production in December and only 12 units will be manufactured.
We will have to wait until December.
Since the announcement, presentation and launch of the GTA Spano, the Spanish super sports community was quite orphaned, not to say directly deserted. But that will change because from Alicante comes the Boreas, a super hybrid hybrid that promises a lot.
His baptism took place in the past 24 Hours of LeMans and among his godfathers is Michelin. Developed by DSD Design & Motorsport, a small factory located in Santa Pola, Alicante, is inspired by Norse mythology, specifically by the north wind god, from which he borrows the name.
It has a very sharp aesthetic, with a very low nose, huge air intakes that improve aerodynamic flow, marked wheel arches, large gills on the sides, minimalist mirrors, a small fixed wing and a striking rear diffuser in the Which is visible carbon fiber, material also present in the roof and skirts, among others.
Its technical data are quite scarce, but sufficient to generate expectation: it wears 20-inch wheels, has a wheelbase of 2,742 mm, employs a hybrid system that generates 1,000 hp, has an electric range of 100 kilometers, accelerates from 0 to 100 in 2.8 seconds and its top speed is 380 km / h.
It is unknown what will be the sale price of Boreas, but it is known that only 12 units will be manufactured.
